We ship all orders for a flat fee of $5.95, each order is sent out with an invoice of products shipped.

All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

For special orders and or out of stock products please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

Merchandise that has to be returned must be returned in original packaging with any and all tags still affixed.

The package slip in your original shipment must be included in your return package, this way we can identify your account.

All store refunds will be given in the form of a store credit.

Please fill out the Return/Exchange form that came with your invoice and packaging slip that was included in your original package along with the package slip so that we can attend to your exchange promptly.

There will be an additional shipping fee on the new merchandise at the time your order is shipped.

Sales on all body jewelry are final.
